The EPA Remote Access system is being upgraded. The remote access client software will need to be upgraded. No action is needed for users with EPA systems, although a window may appear and lead you through the update process.
For users on non-EPA systems, it is recommended that you install the new Pulse Secure Installer Service. Please read the Remote Access Setup and Installation Instructions for installing the Pulse Secure VPN client Software on non-GFE's.
Welcome to the EPA Remote Access service providing secure access for EPA employees and contractors. In order to use the remote access service, the appropriate registrations and login IDs must have already been created. Please contact the EPA Help Desk for further assistance. Pulse Secure VPN client access using EPA PIV authentication is now available as a pilot. See Additional Remote Access Options below. The Microsoft Edge browser is not currently supported for remote access. Internet Explorer 11 is the current recommended browser
EPA Remote Access Sign On using One Time Password (OTP) authentication.
If you have already registered for the OTP Sign On method, you may connect to EPA's network using your User ID/Password.
Connect to EPA Workplace using Pulse Secure VPN client. Most users should connect to the EPA network using the Pulse Secure VPN client software application.
Connect to EPA Workplace using Proxy. Users who are having trouble signing in through the Pulse Secure VPN client or who are using a device that is not compatible with the VPN should sign in using the Workplace Proxy clientless connection.
