All remote access users must be using the new sign on method (One Time Password,OTP) before July 15, 2014. After that, the legacy sign on method will no longer work.

Register for the New "One Time Password" Sign On Method

All users must register for the new remote access method from a computer connected to the EPA network. Users can connect to the network by being physically on-site or by logging into the Agency VPN using the Legacy Sign On method. Once connected to the ONE EPA Workplace homepage, navigate to workplace.epa.gov/remoteaccess.html for instructions on registration.

Sign on to EPA's Network Using the "One Time Password" Remote Access Solution

If you have already registered for the new Sign On method, you may connect to EPA's network using your User ID/Password plus the Remote Access token code.

Connect via Workplace Virtual Private Network (VPN)

Most users should connect to the network by creating a Virtual Private Network (VPN).

Connect via Workplace Proxy

Users who are having trouble signing in through the VPN or who are using a device that is not compatible with the VPN should sign in using the Workplace Proxy.


Sign on to EPA's Network Using the Legacy Sign On Method

Users who have not yet registered for the new method can continue to sign onto EPA's network using the Legacy Sign On method. This method will be retired on July 15, 2014.
